Winter is stolen by Mr. Sneezy Snew, a mean snowman, and Snowtown is upset because they have no snow. A little girl, Lisa, knows who took their winter and tells the town she can get it back. But Mr Sneezy Snew is a trickster, and getting him to give winter back will not be so easy. Who will be more determined? Lisa, or Mr. Sneezy Snew?
